The Mama Book is a yearly journal to help you find mental space in the middle of motherhood. It is your space to reflect, dream, process and document your everyday and some breathing room for you in this overwhelming and lovely role.
This journal will help you to count the joys of motherhood, recognise challenges and plan each unique stage of motherhood you find yourself in. With space to explore the big picture of motherhood and remember what is truly important to you and your family, this journal will help you to both spend your time in the way that’s most important and extend yourself grace on the hard days. Motherhood changes quickly- which is why the weekly pages in the journal are divided into four season sections, with a season refresh planning and reflection area to help you refocus as your children and lives change and grow.
Weekly spreads are designed to give you opportunities to remember the good things about your days, big or small, as a place to note down challenges and to look back on what you’re learning in this season. Whether you fill it with pictures, scribbles, write longform each day or just pop in each week to refocus, it is designed to help you enjoy your everyday and remember the big picture (something I find hard to do myself often!)
This is not a baby book, and it’s not another thing to feel guilty about or another ‘should’ to add to your day. It is an invitation to let yourself have some breathing room, even for a couple of minutes. Whether you are expecting your first baby or you are far along on this motherhood journey, this book is for you.

What others mamas are saying about The Mama Book:
‘I love this journal! This is such a good way to reflect on your motherhood and helps you to be more focused on things that are important to you. Thank you!’
‘I really enjoyed the journal and found it helped me to think about some things in a fresh way, and encouraged me to start thinking about planning family life better. I’m not usually a very organised person, especially when it comes to home & parenting stuff, so it helped me to collect my thoughts and ideas!’
‘I really liked the aspect of looking back over my past thoughts and writings. The subjects and headings were good at making me think of where my focus is and where I want to be going. You always have an idea of these things but putting them down in writing can help get you to realise what you truly want and what’s important.’
‘I love the idea that you can record all the wonderful aspects of motherhood, yet also define action points so you can improve on any areas you felt were challenging and that you didn’t handle in the best way that you could.’
£4 from each journal goes to PANDAS foundation, supporting mamas with pre and postnatal depression. Prices include VAT at 20%.
